Refund & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange: If you have simply ordered the wrong size, no problem! As long as the item is in new condition (tags on and clean) we are happy to exchange for a different size. Additional postage for returning the item and posting you a different size is at your expense. We can easily invoice via email for the difference.

An exchange however is not offered for dog treats, soaps and for custom made coat order which have been uniquely made for your best mates specific measurements.

Refund:

As coats require you to measure your best mate we insist that you measure twice to be sure you have the correct measurements and follow our instructions precisely.

A refund will be provided if there is a fault in the product or you receive the incorrect design or style.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items: 
Gift cards. Custom made coats.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed or a product replacement sent.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fairdinkumdogs.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 699 Castlemaine VIC 3450, Australia 

Make sure your details, explanation and copy of return postage charges are provided with item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your item is deemed eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you with your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing items: A refund will not be given if an item goes missing or is damaged in transit. Please use the tracking number provided to sort issue out with shipping company directly. If you have misplaced your tracking number please email us at info@fairdinkumdogs.com.au and we will track it down for you.
