12 Week day turn around on orders containing a Custom made dog coat from date of payment within Australia.

* For international orders please add 2 weeks to the above expected delivery times.

* Once we post we will provide you with a tracking number.

If your items do not arrive please email or call us so that we can chase it up with Australia Post.

orders < $35 = $10.00 charge

$36 - $199  = $10 charge

$200 and over = Free postage

Within Australia Express Post

Orders < $35 = $15 Charge

$36 - $199 = $18 Charge

$200 and over = $22

The Rest of the World Regular Post

Orders <$35 = $15 charge

$36 - $199 = $30 Charge

orders over $200 = $35 charge

The Rest of the World Express Postage

orders <$35 = $18 charge

$36- $199 = $40 charge

$200 and over = $45 charge
